Head bartender responsible for ordering, inventory, disperse of all alcohol and alcohol related items amongst two floors. The facility is an HOA private club, bar and event venue that has 3,436 homes.

Weekly events included celebrations such as weddings, anniversaries, quinceaneras, birthdays and more with capacity of 300.

I managed and made the choices for the bar with all four alcohol vendors during my time at the club.

I held Friday night bar, Monday Night Football, Superbowl, 4th of July, MLB playoffs, Car shows, Sunday Funday and more. Our 4th of July event had a typical day of 8-10 thousand people come through that I was responsible for alcohol wise.

I am also interested in a server position although I am a Bartender. Just looking for something different but open to both.

Bartend and responsible for inventory and ordering of all alcohol and supplies for community events and private parties within the club.

Assist with coordination of room rentals, including; preparation of Room Rental agreements, collection of deposits and Certificates of Insurance, coordination of set up/clean up and vendors such as Caterers, DJ’s, Photographers, Florist, Balloon Artist, Face Painters, Security and any part relevant to the scheduled event.

Assist in compiling information to be printed in the Village News/HOA newsletter consisting of 1701 homes. I assisted in the clubhouse scheduling with the various clubs, classes, events, and room rental reservations and hiring of event staffing.

Assist in the responsibilities for the operation of the front desk, membership, swimming pools, lifeguards, beach and lagoon activities, tennis programs, security and the various bar locations.
