Tasks include: reviewing and analyzing period cash and inventory

Over/short reports, communicating problems and trends to the

Regional and District Managers to form an action plan to correct

Negative issues. Attend inventory audits in struggling districts to

minimize inventory shortages. Interview associates and managers

To determine culpability for cash or inventory losses. Work with

local law enforcement to prosecute offenders or seek restitution.

Train new and underperforming managers on controls and asset

protection.

Position: District Manager 9/2008-07/2017.

Responsible for the overall operations

of 11 retail units. 5 company owned, 6 Franchised.

Responsibilities include: Hiring of managers and staff, insuring

execution of monthly promotions, working with managers and
