● Greeted customers as they entered the restaurant, sat them in a timely manner. I would bring chips and salsa to

them. When it got busy, I would keep track of the line. I had side jobs including cleaning, restocking, and making

silverware. In my time here I was also trained to be a server.

Peoria Post Acute and Rehabilitation

Certified Nursing Assistant August 2023 to February 2024

● I would greet each resident in the morning, providing them with fresh water, checking on them while doing so. I

would take vitals three times a day, every four hours. Every two hours I was rounding, but I would check on my

residents more frequently than that. I would assist them with their activities of daily living, which looked different

from person to person, but included getting dressed, doing their hair and makeup, feeding them, and toileting

them.

Patient Care Assistant March 2024 to August 2024

● I would come in each morning and pass out breakfast trays, obtain vitals, do oral care, collect breakfast trays, and

chart. I would round every two hours, but would check on my patients more frequently. I would obtain blood

sugars. I was also allowed to remove IV’s and Foley’s. I would observe the nurses passing meds and doing their

skills.

● Participated in a seven-week long fundraising and leadership development campaign to raise money and
