Responsibilities

1. Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the hotel and assist with the

hotel's reservation system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 2. Collect payment for room charges, deposits, and additional services, processing cash, credit card, and other payment methods. 3. Answer phone calls, Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and services and respond to inquiries, Manage hotel reservations.
