Task/Responsibilities as Service Estimator:
Liaise and communicate with personnel based in Perth and across Australia, using both verbal and written English.
Communicate with suppliers and AMS staff regarding technical equipment issues and potential solution options.
Proficient in using SimPRO to formulate quotes, create jobs, and issue purchase orders (POs).
Evaluate jobs based my expertise in refrigeration and air-conditioning servicing and repairs.
Ability to work remotely from Cebu while being part of a Melbourne & Perth-based service team.
Assist in sourcing and pricing parts, and in compiling work quotations for client submission.
Evaluate and determine the time and labor requirements for each job.
Prepare weekly reports on quotes provided.
Proficient in using Bluebeam.
Any other tasks or duties as directed by senior staff in Melbourne & Perth. Task/Responsibilities as Jr. Telecom Engineer:
Ensure timely and prompt response in troubleshooting and rectification of the assigned trouble ticket in order to be compliant with the service level agreement (SLA) defined with all the internal and external customers.
Ensure compliance on all safety standards and protocols on site/area.
Prepare documentations and reports as required by the customers.
Check needed forms and documents, tools, materials needed for the site activity.
Perform Technical Site Surveys and prepare a TSS Report.
Test and Commission Telecommunications equipment.
Perform Installation and Maintenance of Telecommunications equipment installed on customer premises and/or on tower and elevated areas.
Discuss and instruct the rigger/installer on each assigned task.
Supervise and inspect the work of the Rigger (indoor, outdoor or in the tower).
Conduct routine inspection, status checking and audit of maintained equipment.
Supports and assist clients in the troubleshooting of installed equipment.
Ensure that all installation/maintenance work shall be done in accordance with the good engineering practice.
Prepare reports, documentation and other projects required. Task/Responsibilities as MEPF/HVAC Supervisor:
Supervised and Monitoring MEPF construction activities as per project site Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) & project site specification.
Preparation of turnover packages as per system scoping and verify all the equipment as properly installed in site as per Installation Operation Manual (IOM) & Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
Certification of system turnover packages upon completion of requirements and document of each mechanical systems prior to commissioning phase and final acceptance handover to the client.
Update scoped drawings and databases; while coordinating with the Project Completions Department Turnover coordinator. This include input of any required changes into Teamwork’s.
Reviewed & Evaluate construction drawing (FC Drawing) prior to installation.
Prepared sleeves & block outs if necessary.
Performed Testing & Commissioning of Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical & Auxiliary & HVAC System
Responsible for the complete management and supervision of the MEPF & HVAC/R project including planning & maintenance for the successful execution of DX and chilled water system project either replacement or new installation.
Prepares periodic reports and provide status of pending works in the related notifications, as well notify immediate supervisor on works hinders progress and due action to solve.
