Led a large-scale business process architecture project for Veterans Health Administration (VHA). This included managing a team of ten, creating and reviewing process mapping package deliverables, and client relationship management.
Managed a large skills assessment project for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Oversaw the analysis and reporting of 1,100 survey responses in order to identify training gaps overall and at the group level. FY16 data was compared to FY14 data to identify differences and trends which informed agency-wide training development and budget decisions.
