Project Manager-CIP Bond Programs Construction (Budgets: $50K to $49M)
Managed all aspects of programming, design development, permitting, subcontractor bid evaluations, proposal reviews, construction management, buildings punch out, commissioning, and start-up.
Coached contractors, architects, and vendors on college expectations, specifications, standards, and procedures.
Provided budget estimating, proposal reviews and analysis, completed the 3rd and last CIP projects each under budget $13M, $40M, and $49M; respectively.
Led the Capital Improvement Programs of 2009 of $230M and 2013 of $420M, LEED ‘Silver’ Certified Academic Buildings. Plus; major renovations to the College of Health Science building.

Managed a PE Electrical Engineer, PE Mechanical Engineer, Senior Piping Designer, and two CAD Drafters in the Microelectronics and Semiconductor industries; more specifically performing Tool Hookup and equipment maintenance as needed.
Prepared and compared budget estimates against bid proposals for clients, developed and maintained customer relationships, and worked collaboratively with General Contractors to ensure codes and client standards.

Construction & Maintenance Manager-Petro Chem (Budgets: $50K to $120M)
Managed and mentored a staff of 18 mechanics, instrument technicians, electricians, engineering, and drafting support in operations of the 10,000 pound per day Halar® ECTFE a Specialty Polymer Plant.
Planned, scheduled, budgeted, and procured all labor, materials, and equipment for the PM (Preventative Maintenance) Programs and for Equipment Maintenance during annual Turnarounds and Semi-annual Shutdowns.
Wrote proposals, organized bid packages for new construction, negotiated and awarded contracts to General Contractors, wrote multiple piping specifications, and assisted in the ISO-9001 Certification for the plant.
