This was automatic greasing machine with cycle time 4sec, Range was ball bearing outer diameter-28 to 62mm, I have worked on flat belt conveyor, bearing transfer mechanism, greasing slide.

• Project: Cup bearing assembly machine

Client: DANA-Spicer, Pune.

This was automatic assembly machine for needle filing in cup bearing, I have worked on belt conveyor, needle rotary feeder, transfer mechanism, pick and place and pneumatic press for seal cover pressing.

• Project: Leak testing machine

Client: Continental, Pune.

This was leak testing machine for bike fuel pump, I worked on entire machine 3d modelling, drawing, BOM preparation.

• Project: Conveyors

Flat belt, Roller conveyor, Chain & Modular belt conveyors. I have worked on various conveyor design, calculation, motor selection.

• Project: 2/3 Axis gantry

I have designed pick and place mechanism with servo slides. It was used for pick and place of bearing in assembly automation line.

ROBOTIC CELL / AUTOMTION:

• Project: Engine block deburring Line

Client: Tata Cummins, Jamshedpur.

This was deburring line consisting of roller conveyor, lifter, turntable, robot. I designed roller conveyor and turntable with motor selection and load calculation. I did 3d modelling, BOM, detailing, manufacturing support.

• Project: Engine block deburring Line

Client: Cummins, Pune.

This was deburring line consisting of roller conveyor, lifter, turntable, robots. I designed roller conveyor and lifter with motor selection and load calculation, auto brush feeding drawer for robot to pick the deburring brush.

• Project: Turn over device

Client: Cummins, Pune.

This was TOD designed for rotation of engine block by 180 . Weight of block was 2ton.

• Project: Turntable

Client: Tata Cummins, Jamshedpur.

SKILL:

• Good solid modelling design, sheet metal design, drafting experience in CAD packages like Solid-works, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD.

• Knowledge of GD&T.

• Strong communication skill and able to interact with different departments within the organization.

• Good knowledge of pneumatics and its application.
