Professional Profile

Extensive experience as an Architectural Engineer for the last 40 years, and in Civil/Structural Engineering for 3 years, with Project Manager Experience on Tinker for seven years total. I was also a supervisor of the Civil Engineering Department for Dynpar on Tinker AFB. In 2005 I worked for one and a half years as Structural Engineering Design for Star Metal Building systems in Oklahoma City. Prior to all of this, I worked in other Architect offices and had 18 years of experience in the Natural Gas Industry for American Natural Resources out of Detroit Michigan, where I worked as a surveyor for 5 of those years and a Mechanic the rest of the time. For those 5 years most of the Drafting was done by hand on a Drafting Table. There were State Survey Plats and Descriptions documents were done, Profiles of railroads, river crossing and more. The drafting done was for Civil, Architectural, and Mechanical and Electrical. Lot of pipeline routes and piping drafting documents were developed as well.

Baity’s Screw Machine Products Chickasha, Oklahoma Jan.2018 – Aug. 2018 Machinist

Produced metal machine parts to meet the engineering specs and Oil field requirements. Basically ran the machine that cut the threads, the squares and cut the parts and I measured the part by using caliphers.

I provided construction documents for many commercial Buildings and residential homes using Autocad.

Reviewing Prepare Plans and Specifications, Statements of Work, Design Analysis, Cost Estimates, and Constructability and Maintainability Checklists for 8A, Saber, MACC and ID/IQ projects.

Perform Site inspections of Facilities according to the engineering specs and tolerances set forth by the Architects and Engineers. Making sure that all projects were being built according to said Engineering and Architectural standards and documents.

Reviewing prepared solicitation packets for procurement, and assist with correct changes on change orders.

Reviewing Coordinate change orders and RFI’s during construction along with the processing the RFI’s, 1477’s, submittals, and Project payment request.

I also am very involved with the closeout of the projects that have been handed to me to finish. I used AutoCAD 2016 to renovate new spaces

Designed and managing numerous projects and task orders for the FY16 year including but not limited to: Evaluation of Air Field lighting, Ignition source for the 3001 boilers, tornado shelters, and Renovation of Bathrooms and many other projects.

Prepare Plans and Specifications, Statements of Work, Design Analysis, Cost Estimates, and Constructability and Maintainability Checklists for 8A, Saber, MACC and ID/IQ projects.

Perform Site inspections of Facilities. Making sure that all projects were being built according to said Engineering and Architectural specifications and standards.

Designed several Hampton Inn plans for Pauls Valley, Elk City, Liberal KS, Warr Acres and OKC.

Chardon Builders Chickasha, Oklahoma August 2006 –June 2008 Project Manager

Project Manager over the Friend School addition, the new RSC Building in Altus, and 7 Buildings on Fort Sill Army Base.

Provided many designs for many other facilities like homes, schools, and churches, Fire Stations. Have provided a multitude of building construction documents, to many to mention.

I use AutoCAD for all construction Documents.

Star Building Systems Oklahoma City, Oklahoma June 2005 – Aug. 2006 Design Engineer

Input the information into the Engineering Design System to ensure all of the metal components were correct for a particular area. An analysis was run to determine its structural qualities throughout the entire building.

Oversaw modifications to some projects to withstand the hurricane wind, seismic and snow loads in the East Coast Region of the United States, including the Bahamas, Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, and New York. Two additional projects were located in Africa.

Proficient use of Staad Pro, AutoCAD 2006, MathCAD, EDS, and other design tools.

Dynpar, LLC Tinker AFB, Oklahoma May 2000 – June-2005 Project Manager

Designed the roof replacement on Tinker AFB for three years. Developed the only five year roofing plan that was in place at the time, to allocate money towards the roof projects due to the

Information presented to the U.S. Air Force. This effort usually awarded Tinker about a 15 million dollar budget for each year if it was justified.

Produced the contract for Rubber removal of the Runways for Tinker Air Force Base Airfield, and that included the repainting of the lines, strips, and different lines on the Airfield itself.

Designed the renovation of the Officers Club Bar and Super Fortress Restaurant in 3001 building.

Project manager for the Tinker Golf Course renovation/reconfiguring of the Grass Greens and Sand Bunkers.

Renovation and Design of the new JAG Courtroom in Building 416 Headquarters Building money was acquired from the Pentagon in Washington D.C.

Project manager for several out source projects by Atkins Benham, such as the new Chlorine Storage Facilities at all of the water wells on and off base and the new Military Working Dog facility.

Did an assortment of Engineering Assessments and Concrete and Metal Building Design

Including the placement of large monitors onto the Metal Components at the Bowling Alley.

I use the latest revision of AutoCAD for all of my design work and provided Construction

Documents.

Coined for excellent work by the Colonel of Operations at Tinker Air Force Base. Received the Lighting Bolt Award for Excellent work by CSC (DynPar) twice.
