I was a security guard for multiple venues. I worked in the Bradley Center, Miller High Life Theatre, and The Marcus Theatre. I checked purses and book bags for any metal or weapons. Everyone had to go through the metal detectors. I would use my metal detector and wand people from head to toe, for any metal. We confiscated anything metal and any weapons. You were not allowed to get them back. We carried radios on every shift, to contact each other. We made sure everyone entered and left the building safely.
