The jobs of companions were to prepare meals, medication reminders, help with daily life skills, bathing, housekeeping, and appointments to mention a few.
We provided care for three shifts. Matching a companion with the residence.
I was responsible for each employee understanding their hours using the Kronos time clock.
My job was at the end of each month to gather time the companion worked to charge the appropriate residence.
I also followed up on all residents to see if everything was going good with the companion. They were meeting their needs.

I managed 100 employees for 3 shifts. This was a knitting Company so when a possible employee came to interview, I would carefully go over their application. If a good candidate, I would show the employee our operation and give a tour of our plant. When I hired them I showed them where to report, park and punch in and their work area and introduce them to their supervisor. I also administered our preemployment drug testing.
My responsibility was gathering our information benefit package at renewal. Meeting
My job also consisted of the Worker Compensation and Safety Program. I had a safety group we met once a month to go over our injuries and how to make our plant safer. Trying to keep a no injury work free plant.

Hiring employees for 2 shifts. I would interview employees, and the supervisor of the department would show them the job. The supervisor would make the decision to hire or not. We also had a drug test off campus to pass before a job was offered. If they were then to be hired, I would get them signed up by going over benefits and showing them how to punch in to work each day. Evaluation was administered to get Increases in hourly wage. I was responsible for hearing tests and Audio Program.
