Responsible for the organization, scheduling staff and directing of day-to-day printing operations. Some of my on-going responsibilities include negotiating pricing for outbound freight with outside vendors as well as approving freight bills from such. Included in daily zoom and in house meetings with several facilities to coordinate delivery of raw material and finished products. I assure all orders are shipped to clients on a timely manner as well as schedule timely shipping to other mail house facilities. As the Distribution Manager for 1 of 3 Barton Cotton locations I coordinate trucking the to the other 2 locations.
