Supervised hydroponic farm processes that include germination, nursery, and production of mixed herbs (thyme, different kinds of basil, sage, marjoram, tarragon, etc), lettuce (frise, oakleaf, lolo bionda, lolo rosso), leafy greens (baby kale, baby spinach, Rocca), and Solanaceae (chili peppers and tomatoes), and strawberries.

Successfully scheduled hydroponic production and delivery to meet the needs of clients including Min Baladeh, Fresh on Table, and cakes and Cookies.

Successfully met targets including fixing nutrition for the plants growing hydroponically to enhance growth, increased the weight of the hydroponic lettuce produced by 65%, increased hydroponic leafy greens (baby kale, baby spinach, and baby rocket) production by 400%, and increased germination rate of baby spinach by 90%.

Designed a planting project for a field; researched on the type of plants that can prosper with the Beqaa valleys climate conditions, soil type, and that match the market demand and company needs, prepared, planted, and harvested the land.
