• I’m the Program Coordinator in assisted living home where we deal with patients with developmental disabilities and mental illness. I provide 24hrs quality care for all the residents in the house. I also provide services that help our clients integrate successfully into the community. I maintain safety and health as a priority. I assist patients in maintaining regular medical, dental, optical, and mental health appointments as needed. I measure and recording vital signs such and heart rate and blood pressure. I’m also nurse delegated to specific medical tasks. I also cater for their behavioral needs. I Update patient charts. I help clients with their daily routine and maintain sanitation of common areas and patient rooms, serving meals and helping patients eat. I provide emotional support to patients.
