Work Experience
Senior Credit Analyst
Boeing Services - Dallas, TX
January 1999 to January 2024
Managed an AR portfolio of over 2000 accounts located in Europe and Canada that total over $200 million including the submission of letter of credit paperwork, sending updates to sales and customers regarding past due issues before credit hold situations arise. Handled credit releases for 3 to 4 of my co-workers up to a $375,000 limit and assist in the day-to-day operations that may arise to the best of my ability. Set up accounts, make account changes, send copies of statements and invoices for payment purposes, send 10-day demands, send accounts to 3rd party collection agencies, process refunds, process write offs up to $750, assist in payment applications of unapplied payments, and obtain PODs as needed. Send quarterly reports on bad debt and over 90-day accounts. Reason for leaving Boeing is that I was part of a large layoff Boeing did nationwide. Credit Representative
