Crawled Shopee reviews using BeautifulSoup and Requests. Used GPT-4 to label aspects with ratings (positive, neutral, negative). Preprocessed data by removing whitespace, stop words, and teen code; applied tokenization. Developed and compared models: Pho-BERT, Pho-BERT + 2 MLP, Pho-BERT + CNN + LSTM, Pho-BERT + LSTM + CNN.
