Senior Manager, Application Development 02/2013 to 06/2024 Created and supported highly functional team of 5 to 10 members by developing and implement agile methodology tailored to team's capabilities, aimed at facilitating collaboration with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Provided direction, mentorship, and performance evaluations to team members. Prioritized and managed portfolio of 10 to 15 applications, overseeing all phases from requirements gathering to post-implementation support to ensured timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining project specifications and quality standards.
