Work involves passing purchase and sales entries in Tally including GST. I was also responsible for tallying GST input and GST output(i.e CGST Input,SGST Input,Input IGST,CGST Output, SGST Output and IGST Output) ledger entries with GSTR 1 and GSTR 2 required before submitting GSTR monthly return.I am also responsible for preparing papers for party payment through RTGS and NEFT through Bank..I also prepare fortnightly and monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement through Tally.ERP 9. I also prepare Salary Sheet after checking of attendance of Staff members and ensure timely disbursement of Salary by bank transfer.I also vouch and check various bills settled through cash payments at factory. I ensure that before making payments to parties for material received at the factory stamp of the Store in charge certifying material received in store has been affixed in every Tax Invoice.

From 04.03.2016 to 10.07.2018 worked in a chartered accountant firm and work involves maintenance of accounts in Tally.ERP 9 and bank operations including bill processing and all support to management decision for smooth functioning of two large residential flats having 600 flats and 200 flats respectively.

From 01 April 2013 to 3.03.2016 with BGM Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.. Work involves supervision of accounts in Tally ERP.9 and various accounting jobs .

1.From 16.02.2012 to 17.10.2012 :Worked as Assistant Accountant in Ashoka Dhankuni Kharagpur Tollways Ltd at Debra Toll Plaza including independent handling of all bank operations.I was also responsible for preparation of all debit and credit vouchers and getting them approved from my higher authorities.I was also responsible for cash handling including physical cash verification and tallying physical cash balance with cash balance as per books of account.

2.From May 25, 2009 to 07.02.2012: Worked as Finance Assistant including cash management and stores operation in West Bengal State AIDS Prevention and Control Society,Swasthya Bhawan and also independent handling of all stock items.I was also entrusted with the work of communication with both internal and statutory auditors and preserving of all audit reports as well as pursue of audit reports with concerned departments. I was also entrusted with receiving, preserving and issue of medicine kits to all concerned hospitals.

3. Worked in M/s Mookherjee,Biswas & Pathak,Chartered Accountants from October 2001 to May 20, 2009 as audit assistant and my work involved internal audit assignment, statutory audit including tax audit.
