We are delighted to offer you the Site Manager position in EEC- Construction. Upon joining our organization, you will have the chance to work with a vibrant team and have the opportunity to advance and grow yourself. You will join an environment that is fast-paced, providing highest level of service. The terms and conditions we offer are described briefly down below. Position: Site Manager (Akaki International Stadium Asphalt concrete and other related site works)

Basic Salary: 60,004

Other benefits:

• Responsibility Allowance: 9,000

• House Allowance: 10,000

• Transportation Allowance: Company Vehicle with 200 Liters of fuel

• Medical and insurance expense coverage

• Annual bonus based on EEC- Construction performance. Reporting and Relationship: Site Manager will report to EEC– Construction – Senior Project Manager.

Probation period: 90 days

In order to determine advancement, as well as to clarify or change this arrangement as necessary, a probationary performance review will be held after the first 90 days to evaluate performance and confirm in role.

Any party may cancel this agreement at any time by providing the other party with a written notice in accordance with the Employment Standards.
