Primary technician for a major customer that has a fleet of 38 12,000 pound and larger forklifts. Responsible for communicating with the customer the findings of repairs needed to their equipment, generating quotes, ordering parts, and scheduling repairs when parts arrive. Perform safety inspections and inform the customer of any safety related issues. Work closely with the Customer Service Representative to ensure that the customer is getting the correct type of forklift for his business. Complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner to submit to dispatcher for invoicing.
Fleet Technician – Kenco Fleet Services 07/15 – 4/18 Full Time
Maintain a fleet of 44 Toyota forklifts from major repairs to PM services. The fleet also includes 1 golf cart, 4 tricycles and 3 three wheel Cushman carts. Perform building maintenance as needed.
