Statement of Qualifications

I most recently worked as a truck driver for Highland Publishing.

They went out of business, no need for a newspaper publisher much

anymore. Prior to that I worked in Calfornia for a state agency,

and retired after 17 years there.

I am 67 years old, and I have done a little of everything. Shipping

and receiving forms a bulk of my work, but X-ray technican can

go in there too. I worked with my father in dry cleaning and laundry

business a few years. A few years in the Army,for which I guess I can

claim I can drive anything. My occupation was Fire Direction Control,

which is in the realm of Artilleryman. 411 operator, information was another

job I had. I have done landscaping, small amounts of construction and

fabrication. But, considering what skilled trades I have done, I would

not be much use in that regard. Caring for animals I have done too.

Veterinary clinic and animal research centers were two places I have

worked.

My sister has lived in Marble Falls close to thirty years, while

I have lived her a total of four years maybe, but most recently returned

from California, where I retired as I said. I am literate, can take and

give instruction, and write well. I have a fixed income, don't need

healthcare, and don't need to be put on 401k. I have sufficient income.

The fun part about work, is it gives one a purpose. So, feel I am getting

that as well, as a nice place to live and re-create. That's simple.
