Responsibilities

You will be responsible for various tasks related to maintaining buildings at DeNooyer Chevrolet in Colonie, New York. Your role will involve:

Maintaining and repairing the physical structure of the buildings. Performing regular inspections and reporting any issues. Ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Coordinating with contractors and vendors for repairs or installations.

Keeping inventory of necessary supplies and tools. Responding to maintenance requests and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

At least one year of building maintenance, construction and plumbing is required.

Electrical knowledge or experience is recommended but not required.

Heavy lifting is required.

Must have a driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to multitask and prioritize projects and complete in a timely manner.
