Continually managed $150M + assigned parallel IT projects including growth/strategy/, business transformation, technology enablement, client business performance turnaround, and product solution implementation. • Reported to client IT divisional VP and owned program relationship with C-level leadership. Provided insight to client stakeholder executives for the magnitude of risks and issues for any project delay. Provided issue assessment and worked with client senior VPs to identify action plans to get project expeditiously back on track.

• Successfully directed individual projects (20+): $380M with peak crew of 125 personnel (contractors and client personnel) in 2024. Sr. Program/ Project Manager Consultant: Smart Grid/ Smart Metering/AMI: Member of assigned the client core leadership onsite team responsible for planning and coordinating several project teams and associated budgets that were converging towards the defined strategic solutions, business requirements and hardware/ firmware/software grid modernization implementation for a successful Smart Grid/Smart Metering/ AMI program. Worked closely with assigned client to collect, share and research energy consumption in homes and worked with client to better understand how energy is being used and best to influence behavioral energy usage changes.
