Supervised and coached mechanics, machinists, and electricians for troubleshooting and repair of plant equipment.

Boil out (major repair 2 weeks for 2 oil lines).

Scheduled 3 shifts; mechanics, electricians, machinists, contractors, and cleaners to complete major repairs of 8 pieces of equipment, orders.

Designed improvement on sig tables which in turn decreased parts repair and failure. Tables would last 18 months (instead of 4).

Worked with MRO department on stocking spare parts.

Unilever Mayo Plant (April, 2022-present)

Supervised, coach,6 Mechanics and 2 Electrician in trouble trouble shooting and repair of equipment. Pull parts out of stock room, on ocasion picked up parts on 2nd shift operation.

Familar with Foxboro, Venon, Kister traypacker, Zilkan cappers, us bottlers filler, palletizers, and depalletizers operation.

Scheduled crew of 18 mechanics and 6 electricians for 24/5 day operation.

Completed 8hts first responder operations level Training.(Amonia systems).

Completed 6 hour first response training for CPR, First aid, AED.
