2015-present: Plumbing and Mechanical Inspector/Plans Examiner, DFW Airport Board.
I served as the Temporary Sr. Construction Manager along with my other duties from October 1, 2021, until October 2022.
I scheduled and conducted pre-construction meetings for all construction projects.
I created all of the pre-construction documents and present them at pre-construction meetings.
I organized all construction documents when a permit was approved through the review process and combined them in edited form. Afterward, I stamped the plans, upload them into IMPACT and sent them to DFW Document Control when the plans were Board projects.
I serve as a liaison between DFW Code and Contractors, Designers, and DFW project Managers.
I developed policies which pertain to plan review processes.
I have created a document which provides designers with DFW Code requirements in order for them to have the ability to provide plans which contain all of the pertinent requirements.
I perform Plumbing and Mechanical Inspections and Plan Review at DFW Airport.
Moreover, I work with contractors in an effort to assist their projects with a concentration on milestone achievement.
Furthermore, I attend weekly meetings for multiple projects in an effort to determine where the projects are in relation to their schedules and offer advice in an effort to assist each project.
Additionally, I have a unique skillset of how projects progress from a Code perspective.
Also, while at DFW Airport, I have developed an excellent business relationship with several American Airlines management members including John Haywood and Logan Nelson. In addition, I have worked closely with DFW Airport Project and Construction managers; assisting them in order to expedite their projects. Moreover, I have forged associations with multiple designers.

I served as a project manager. I bid projects, managed budgets for each project, and visited multiple job sites daily to supervise the installation of mechanical and plumbing in commercial and residential buildings.
1984-1993: CBS Mechanical.
I served as an estimator and a project manager while managing crews of over 20 men and supervised all trades associated with projects. I bid projects, wrote proposals, change orders, met with the design teams for each project weekly, managed budgets, and procured materials for multiple projects simultaneously. Projects I managed ranged from Hilton Hotels, High Schools, Several new buildings at the University of North Texas, several renovations at the at the University of North Texas, renovations of Hilton high rise hotels and several municipal buildings.
