• Driving force behind Partner Engagement inputs to the Security Senior Leadership Council. Analyzed over 1K inputs to create graphics, metrics, and talking points in coordination with OUSD(I&S) country desk officers and Data Analysis team. The Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security briefed the data to the directors of NGA, NSA, DIA, and NRO, shaping the next year of intelligence partner engagement strategy.

• Learned VBA to create a more efficient method to track Key Leader Engagements (KLE) on the highest network, giving Combat Service Agencies (CSAs) the ability to securely input OUSD(I&S) reporting requirements with the same ease as funded software. Adjusted required inputs to be more in line with strategic metrics tracking.

• Excel Wizard - data cleaned over 4,000 inputs for secure and accurate system upload and analysis to set a baseline; then, data cleaned and uploaded roughly 100 inputs monthly, making an automatically updating spreadsheet to determine progress compared with previous years and current goals.

• Learned Tableau and PowerBI to authenticate software upgrade accuracy, accomplished bi-monthly.

• Developed the software training program to include tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Data Entry Business Rules, training pipeline, schedule, and over 15 mini-tutorial products for continuation of learning at multiple classification levels.
