Membership Coordinator

Served as first point of contact for IVR members and the general public. Responsible for promoting and increasing all types of memberships through phone calls, emails, and personal contact. Organized member data and files, answered emails and phone calls, ordered office supplies, and interacted with other businesses and community organizations.

Created an IVR Policy Procedure manual. It outlined step-by-step how to process all types of memberships, listed our business contacts, developed instructions how to process bank deposits, Supra ekey, Clareity/Matrix issues, and created specific forms needed for the various memberships.

Volunteered with a Texas 501 C- Non-profit serving as Board Secretary and V- President. It works closely with the City of Dallas – Office of Emergency Management. The organization provides CERT training, tools, supplies and information to Dallas residents in helping the community become prepared in the event of an emergency.

Assisted with the planning, organization, and coordination of the 2017 and 2018 Spring Training Express. The educational training sessions included refresher classes, interior searches, lifts and carriers, preparedness kits and a disaster stimulation exercise.

Developed and taught a Spring Training Express class – Emergency Preparation for your Pets.

Organized, development and oversaw Spring Training Raffles for 2017 and 2018. My team secured donated items from local community businesses and corporate partners.
