Project Manager Chief Engineer

Operation leader with P&L responsibility for Industrial Electric Division, Critical Coatings Division and Construction Projects Division for major corporations reporting directly to the CEO.

•Estimated and awarded over $4M of electrical projects from the Tesla Gigafactory Manufacturing Plant which included the installation of power distribution, air-compressors and driers for the painting line.

•Secured new business providing electric installation for production lines and test facilities at SpaceX facility for the STAR LINK program.

•Developed bids, won and executed corrosion control painting projects for Kinder Morgan, Enterprise Products, Haldor Topsoe and Bergstrom Airport Austin Texas.

•Consulted, bid, and installed mechanical operational project for Energy Transfer and Haldor Topsoe production operations.

•Lead Project Manager for the development of a $250M Net-Zero Automated Dairy Farm. The project includes 11MW of roof top solar and methane recovery for pipeline injection. Operation leader with P&L responsibility for Critical Coatings and Plating applications on subsea oil and gas components reporting directly to the CEO.

•Led a team of 25 employees with 6 direct reports.

•Executed strategic sales and operational strategies project which resulted in 125% revenue growth with only increasing head count by 7.5%.

•Spearheaded and managed the design and installation of an electro-plating line, saving the parent company $750,000 in outside processing and shipping costs.
