EXPERIENCE

SITE SUPERVISOR • PEDIATRIX MEDICAL GROUP • JANUARY 2014 TO PRESENT

- Acted as primary trainer and supervisor for 6 sites with over 20 workers and re-trained every few months as necessary.

- Responsible for completing necessary steps to move babies with a final status to the appropriate stage in order for other teams to move baby along.

- Responsible for management and escalation of all employee- related issues including (but not limited to) time-off requests, clear documentation of policies/performance issues, retention management and staffing.

- Continuously update and reconcile all statistics for each site every month while also working with Data Management on crucial deadlines/timelines in order to ensure efficiency of each site.

- Completes all necessary state and hospital reporting while also serving as the primary point of contact for hospitals concerns/questions on a day-to-day basis

- Provides hearing screening coverage when alternative coverage isn’t available while still completing duties necessary as a supervisor.

- Use delicacy in performing hearing screening for newborns and using proper documentation to refer them for evaluation if needed.

- Advocated for workers needs and recommendations to Market Manager on a needed basis.
