•Managed contracts exceeding 150M USD for design and construction of internal driveway of entire tanks-farm, tanks base and flare bund walls from flexible to rigid pavement etc ensuring alignment with corporate policies and achieving significant cost reduction.
• Developed comprehensive detailed scopes, specifications, prepared boq for contractors to bid for, and prepared in-house cost estimate in line with the ExxonMobil’s price list, applying CPA methodology to ensure in-house cost estimate stands the test of time to prevent cost overrun that might lead to project abandonment.
•Prepared bidders’ list and pre-qualification criteria for selection of Bidders from Client’s registered list of contractors provided by the Superintendent. Called for tender
•Revalidated contractors contract amount, select and invite winner for kick-off meeting and prepared work schedule and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
•Monitored day to day step by step work progress on critical activities based on the project schedule and supervising to ensure strict compliance to work scopes and specifications.
•Supervised and monitored safety KPI for contractors to ensure nobody gets hurt in the course of executing the project.
