Skills I’ve gained from working these jobs:

In the past few years I have developed customer service skills, and have learned how to de-escalate situations. Working in customer service has also taught me patience, as well as empathy. Since I’ve started working young, I developed a strong sense of responsibility. I understand that people, whether it be my bosses or coworkers, expect me to be reliable and hardworking. Because of my understanding, I have learned how to manage my time, in balancing my school work, personal life, and job. The few jobs I’ve had over the years as well as my volunteer hours has surely prepared me well for the future, as I am confident that I will be a strong healthcare worker.
