Program contained computerized dot screens which pinpointed various types of deficiencies associated with steel and concrete bridge structures from survey data. These screens illustrated specific corrosion and structural problem areas on each structure. It contained budgeting and cost tracking modules to work with Federal Highway Administration officials on the state level. Developed computerized dot screens for drill-down bridge inspection data to be available from the district level to the individual bridge level. Developed this program for Louisiana DOTD.

Developed a corrosion control program for a Mississippi Power Plant in Moss Point, MS.

Responsibilities included the development of nearly $20,000,000 in turnkey corrosion control programs for Louisiana Power & Light, Ferruzzi USA, EXXON USA, Amoco Production Company, Central Louisiana Electric Company and Rhode Island Bridge and Turnpike. In addition, evaluated the Port of Houston, Amoco’s offshore production platforms, several Placid Oil Platforms, the Inner Harbor Navigational Bridge in New Orleans, the Mount Hope Bridge in Rhode Island, Occidental Chemical’s Deer Park Facility, several vessels for MARAD, several plants for Central Louisiana Electric Company, a portion of a pulp and paper plant for International Paper, a power plant in Escatawba, MS for Mississippi Power and a power plant in Leroy, Alabama for Alabama Electric.
In all projects described above coordinated with facility owners and contractors to secure contracts. For all projects noted wrote a scope of work, researched coating and safety requirements for the work at hand, and inspected major portions of the work for compliance issues.
