In the management of the patients, there are several application which handles different aspects of the process. I lead quality analysis of multiple applications and delivered several quality assurance documents with in the time frame.

The eService Online Policy Change is a web application for Liberty Mutual Personal Property Customers of Home, Condo and renters policy. All Liberty Property customers can now get online quote and purchase their policies for various user stories Including Home Improvement, Coverages changed and Mortgages Updated.

Used Agile methodology to ensure the new features meet the customer requirements and acceptable quality assurance standards

The project will also introduce some enhanced affinity level functionality by bringing affinity logos into the application and highlighting affinity discount savings.
