• Analyze the Architectural design packages in relation to the architectural and conceptual part provided by Client and convert them from 60% to 90% of Design based on these materials used on the project as per project specification,

• Study the technical details of Architectural and design in relation to project specification, structural calculation, thermal calculation, Acoustic performance, and their fire rating reports and following there building NFPA codes, and ASTM and BSTM standards.

• Inspecting the Architectural elements, external and internal finishes, FACADES, PRECAST, GRC, GRG, RENDERS, based on the requirements and their quality that need to be maintained with the test reports of Air infiltration test, dynamic water penetration test, thermal test, wind load test, structural load.

• Involved in design FIELD DESIGN CHANGES, DESIGN CHANGE NOTICE, RFI and taking approvals from Clint and following with consultants.
