Dear hiring manager,

I grew up in a community that had its ideal of having kids in any proper setting even when parents are busy as a community, we got along with each other that we have everyone’s back especially for our kids. With disbelief is understandable why my community was so together especially when parents had to work and leave their children behind. In my case as well I grew up the same way when my parents had to work to their jobs and I had to take care of my siblings or help my aunts out when they need their kids to be watched. This is important everywhere we go nowadays especially the phrase it takes a village to raise a kid is true in so many levels.

This is understandable especially since due to growing up this way I have experience of 10 years with children. That gave me the value of understanding how to take care of a child and to communicate with parents of their expectation of me. But also I had a few years working in customer service as an assistant with clientele which helped me communicate better especially when people are just frustrated or overwhelm in their daily lives. But also with my experience of having worked in volunteer work especially with some younger children in activities gives me an upper hand of understanding how to work with children especially when it comes to projects. And this does help with my college degree of an associates and arts having a background of children development but also the creativity of projects to do.
