Test/Teardown Electric motors and pumps and balance impellers, measure(using precision measuring tools) parts, order parts, get an ok from management after they submit my findings and what I find to be faulty, then I rebuild. I work on everything from AC permanent magnet motors to 12 Impeller pumps and blowers. I am also a pretty good electrician but, I smile on my mechanical skills. Also when needed I go to the customers sites and change out, install and laser level motors or new equipment. I also have all of my own tools.

Working on all plant Corrugating equipment. Also running the Ringwood water processing system which takes water that is chemically treated and processes it to take out all chemicals and starch which the plant uses as a glueing agent for the corrugating rolls. To complete this process I run batch tests and once I find my calculations I calibrate the Ringwood system to perform according to my findings. Also, I work on 480/3 phase systems, pneumatically and hydraulically controlled systems, air compressors, and anything that goes down in the plant

The complete ability to do all while wearing proper PPE. (40 calorie suit). Also worked on 12 ton boiler (All this was completed after making sure all forms of energy were shut off) and plant water treatment facility changing out Eddy valves and adjusting the flow on dump valves to increase or decrease water pressure. Also worked on plant air supply. Very good troubleshooting skills. Great knowledge of motors, Industrial ovens, conveyors, boilers, 3 phase wiring. My greatest skill is and will always be working in a safe manner and making sure everyone around me is doing the same.
