Coordinator the organization of materials brought in and the distribution of materials to the team on a daily basis. Review current submittals and RFI’S that support current work that’s being performed.

As a Superintendent for Terra my duties consist of various activities in the Federal sector with the Government. I have had projects with GSA and NPS that were on the Civil Construction side in the DMV area. Under ground utility work and roadway maintenance projects with both agencies were done on a daily basis. Up grades on various locations with NPS was conducted throughout the DMV.

As the Superintendent for this Project my responsibilities are to oversee subcontractors and schedule daily objectives during the workday. I conduct weekly progress meetings and generate two week look ahead for the client's review. This Project is an Electrical Upgrade for existing buildings at the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington DC. This consists of new Transformers installation to several buildings' interior and exterior. Some Civil Construction is involved in the project electrical conduit installation, chiller installation and various underground utility work along with existing building demo.

Currently overseeing several Federal Government Projects throughout DC, MD, VA. I monitor project progress from start to finish as the Superintendent of the projects. I coordinate daily operations for the entire project personnel and subcontractors. As the QCM of the projects I review submittals & RFI’s and conduct Inspections and observations during construction. As the SSHO of the project my Inspections are daily it consists of equipment Inspections check excavations fall protection to Toolbox Talks and lockout Tag out power tools, slings, chains etc. With my many years in construction as a Superintendent my biggest job is to stay within the budget of the project and finish to completion.

My experience in Utilities and unground work is extensive from PRV Volts, Culverts, Water mains, Electrical Conduit, Transformers, Chiller, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVC, along with RCP pipe and Precast Manhole installation and storm sewer installation.
