Samples are inspected for proper containment, temperature and preservatives. Responsible for accurately logging samples into the laboratory LIMS system. Also responsible for transporting samples to appropriate storage locations and disposal of expired samples. Convey any ALS client requests or concerns to the Sample Custodian or appropriate Project Manager. July 2012 - December 2019. Test America, Houston, Texas. Field technician. Responsible for the transport of oil/water samples to appropriate storage locations. May 2008- July 2012. Duffens Optical Laboratory, Houston, Texas. Laboratory Technician. Prepared and administered polishing of raw eye glass lenses using quality control measures. October 2006 - February 2008. UTMD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, Texas. Driver. Responsible for adhering to all traffic laws and maintaining a clean driving record while delivering supplies and orders in a timely basis. Maintained the company vehicle in good working condition.
