daily production numbers into system and provided reports, resolved product issues, resolved employee
issues as needed to maintain a productive workplace in a safe enviroment. Filled in as needed throughout the
plant including office, warehouse, shipping and receiving as well as order fulfillment.
West-Ward Pharmaceutical May 2004 to August 2011 Customer Care Specialist- Process orders, order
selector, warehouse, shipping and receiving, process returns and track breakage in an Excel spreadsheet.
Notify accounting to credit customer for damaged goods. Maintained records for breakage and filed claims for
credit or replacement to company. I was responsible for correctly disposing of chemicals in accordance with
OSHA regulations.
