Responsibilities:

● Perform preventative maintenance routines on a wide range of production and facilities equipment.

● Perform or assist with any operations, as required or directed to maintain work flow or respond to emergency conditions.

● Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and equipment.

● Maintain and repair of plant equipment including cylinders, packing machines, depalitizers, conveyors, pumps, compressors, filling machines, continuous line equipment and hand power tools.

● Install and repair power and light circuits, and electrical controls, repair or replace worn or defective parts.

● Make or repair parts, guards, brackets and supports as required, performing a normal range of machining operations. Cut, weld and braze metal parts as necessary.

● Move and position materials and supplies as required performing maintenance operations.

● Assist visiting service engineers for combibloc and tetrapak machines.

● Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition. Perform other related duties as assigned.

● Assist operator on handling machines to insure proper operation is perform. Special Task:

DOMINO and Videojet Inkjet- Daily set up, monitoring, servicing, and troubleshooting and replacement of ink.
