●LIMETREE BAY REFINERY, Saint Croix Virgin Islands USVI Re-Instate Project: Worked the detail and electrical engineering for grounding, lighting, one lines, area class, schematics, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, power distribution, coordination, requisitioning, and checking. Coordinate with the construction team by providing drawings and materials, as well as reaching commissioning personnel to reinstate transformers and electrical equipment around the substations.

oProductively organized the reinstate of all UPS’s systems within the plant, while directing the team on the assignment after the company was asked to help on the reinstate for a re-start project in the USVI, due to the old refinery shutdown in 2012.

●Texas Borstar, Bayport TX Area, Borealis/Nova Chemical Company, The New Borealis Project: Designed and performed drafting of the CCTV Radio, Phone, and PA systems of every system for our TIC, while adhering to budget.

●2500 KVA Generators Jacobs Camp, Houston, TX Area: Created specifications and data sheets and wrote up the scope of work for the 2500KVA generators, as well as the load Bank and the Transfer Switch. Revised One Lines and plan drawings for Grounding and Power, as well as installation for the cable bus.

oAccomplished entire project scope, which was to implement 2 new emergency generators for the entire camp in the case of power loss around the surrounding area.

●Shell Deer Park Site, Houston, TX: Answered RFI’s and revised all interconnection drawings for substation 1225H. Oversaw releasing for construction of power and cable tray drawings. Provided construction with installation and supervised trips to the field to arrange with the construction team. Fixed cable schedules and released provided construction release forms. Facilitation of work completed by Mahape Office located in India.

oScope of project was to provide 2 new substations to replace 4 existing substations that were going to be out of service in 2017, resulting in coordinating with vendors to provide the required drawings for the substitution of the existing power cables.

●TGNH tuxpan-tula Pipeline Project, Bonatti/TransCanada, Electrical Coordinator, Mexico: Provided detail engineering for Compressor Station and Metering Station (EMRyC Ramal Tula / Tula – Villa de Reyes for Transportadora de Gas Natural de la Huasteca” (TGNH)), including, but not limited to power, motor control, grounding lighting, schematics, wiring diagrams, One Lines, lighting, and hazardous area classification. Supervised data sheets, load lists, One Lines, cable schedules, load balance, equipment layouts, grounding, lighting, and power underground for plant and areas in scope of Jacobs, Mexico. Coordination of work done by Mexico City office and Houston office.

oUtilized expertise in previewing experience to aid the electrical staff advance efficiently through this project.

●PCR Project, PEMEX/Odebrecht, Electrical Design / Engineer Leader, Salamanca, Guanajuato, Mexico: Developed One Line diagrams, electrical calculations, data sheets, load lists, cable schedules, load balance, equipment layouts, lighting, and underground power for different plants and areas in the scope of Jacobs, Mexico. Coordination of work done by Mexico City office with Mumbai and Baton Rouge.

oProject scope was to increase gasoline production by 20,000 BPD and diesel production by 30,000 BPD, resulting in a residual reduction of 44,000 BPD. The engineering scope was to provide engineering and MTOs required for the level of effort to support the development of Class II estimate.

oUtilized proficiency of the language and local codes to assist with preparing several documents.

●Latex and Monomer Project, NALCO, Electrical Engineer Leader, Corsicana, Texas: Oversaw estimate/design of grounding, lighting, power aboveground and underground, Main MCC Room and substation, One Lines, load lists, cable schedules, coordination of work done by Mumbai office, including One Lines revisions, equipment layouts, cable schedules and MTO for TIC estimate.

oProject was completed on time and in budget, and the plan’s budget was approximately $300M.

●Altamira Line 2, E.I. DuPont de Nemours (Chemours), Electrical Design / Engineer Leader, Altamira Tamaulipas, Mexico: Oversaw OSBL, which included the following areas around the plant: Outfall, Existing Wet Treatment Water, Water Treatment (Nalco), Raw Water, Waste Water System, “Z” Rail Spurs, Purification Tank Farm, Offsite Overheads Pipe Racks, Tank Farm Relocation, “Z” Scrubber and River Water. Other duties included deploying and design of grounding, lighting, power aboveground and underground for MPP substation. Coordination of work was done by Mexico City office, including existing one lines revisions, equipment layouts, schematics and interconnection diagrams, cable schedules (CCS); and coordination of OSBL/OSSH activities with Jacobs Mumbai office. Spanish speaking required for coordination with Mexico City and Experience with local codes and organization with other offices.

oThe project scope covers the 4 process areas of Neutralization and Ore Handling / Recovery; Reaction, Purification and Oxidation (RPO); Wet Treatment and Finishing (WT & F) and OSBL and Buildings areas; project was completed on Time and Budget with a total cost of $2B.

●Ras-Tanura Aniline Plant, DOW/Saudi Aramco, Electrical Designer, Saudi Arabia: Design and estimate of grounding, lighting, and power aboveground and underground, provide MTOs for estimate. (300,000 MTA Aniline Plant Estimate).

●Borger CBR, ConocoPhillips, Electrical Engineer / Designer, Borger, TX: Design of grounding, lighting, power aboveground and underground, one lines, equipment layouts, schematics, and interconnection diagrams, cable schedules, review of vendor drawings, coordinate drafting work with Monterrey office, as well as coordinate and provided bid tabulation for power houses 20/21.
