● 5-Minute gathering introductory information about participants prior educational experiences and making a decision about continuing in the recruitment hiring processes. received instructions on how to prepare for this screening.
● 15-Minute Video opportunity to respond to scenarios and answer questions related to the profession. Solidifying an understanding of participants' purpose and exploring further their work experiences and motivators.
● 30 Minute Video worked with our partnering schools to schedule screenings with the District decision-makers. If you are selected for a final interview, you will be informed within 72 hours.
● Two – three-hour interview. On-site interview with the District. Finalists and Job offers will be made in 72 hours after the conclusion of the video.
