● Fabrication, Manufacturing, Troubleshooting, and Repair:

· Manual and CNC machining and programming (Solidworks, Fusion 360, Siemens Sinumerik). Vertical knee and bed mills, lathe, surface grinder, drill presses, bandsaws.

· Precision measurement, GD&T, functional and dimensional QA/QC, basic CMM familiarity.

● Warehouse, Facilities, and Logistics:

· Scheduling, project management, and oversight of all stages of construction and operation.

· 60,000 sqft warehouse, 90,000 sqft production installation. Forklift, scissor lift.

· Owner’s representation, documentation, city/county permit expedition, construction and contractor management.

· All phases of facility design, installation, and operation, including space planning, demo/remodel/new construction, Lean/5S implementation. Tenant improvements including electrical, plumbing, sprinkler and backflow, water treatment and heating, racking/material handling, security and access systems, network/data. Scheduling and management of regular, overhire, fulltime, contract, shop and onsite labor, freight and deliveries, equipment transfers, equipment maintenance.

· Specification and oversight of factory, lab, and office infrastructure, including tool cribs, maintenance shops, terminals, workstations, test fixtures and equipment, parking lots, rolling doors, loading docks, commercial and code-required signage, industrial dish and laundry systems, forklifts and chargers, skylights and heat vents, outdoor lighting, propane and HAZMAT storage, cameras, keypads and motion sensors.

● Staffing, Training, and Management:

· Departmental and crew leader, union and non-union staff, US and international locations. Fixed and touring productions, fabrication, installation, construction, theater/television/tradeshow/corporate, AV/lighting/camera/ staging crews, onsite and special event furnishings/catering/tenting crews, factory and warehouse manufacturing/testing/assembly/packing crews.

· Development and extension of workplace safety procedures, including heavy equipment and material handling licensing and procedures, markings and signage, HAZMAT, PPE, accident reporting.
