Instrumental with the development and implementation of a Driver Management Application which keeps all DOT drivers in compliance with the USDOT (certificates of insurance, permits, out of service, re-certs, 90 day inspections, etc.) comparable to TMW/Truck Mate. Implementation of Tenstreet (also created all documents to be electronically signed via Tenstreet for DQ files). 01/14 – now Corporate DOT Contract Supervisor for CBSL Transportation Services, Inc., Pasadena, Texas. Promoted to this position where I am responsible for 43% of company’s revenue (Driver Payroll) including garnishments, loans, escrow, etc. Manage thew DOT consortium for UA/BAT for entire corporation. The onboarding of all DOT drivers

(both Company and Independent Contractors) for 3 facilities (currently 160 DOT drivers), from application, interviewing, backgrounds, (MVR’s PSP’s), contracts (both issuance and cancellation/terminations), set up physical and drug screens, DQ files, EFS/COMDATA fuel purchases, issuance of insurance, permits and plates thru the states for tractors and everything entailed with a DOT driver. Manage the Truck Mate application to keep all DOT drivers compliant with safety, JJ Keller. Liaison between drivers and Executive team. Trained and manage a team of Onboarding Specialists, assist with creating SOP’s and am willing to learn other tasks to further my career.
