From Design / Build vertical construction of U.S. Embassies, to Medical Research Facilities and Classrooms and Playgrounds. Heavy utilities and roads and grounds.

Projects conformed to local building standards, off-shore projects mirrored the International Building Code standards as they applied to the host country.

Although investment proposals were contemplated, none had materialized. Under the terms of the confidentiality agreement, I was not satisfied that the work will be there, and I sought other adventures in construction.

1st hired to design / build new “POP” facilities, with the mergers and acquisitions of internet and communications systems, CBM was retained to decommission and consolidate “POP” facilities. I was the Project Manager Lead for the coordination with all

interested parties for the decommissioning of more than 30 sites and worked with the Companies to cancel lease agreements and returning the lease property to previous conditions.
