As a U.S. citizen, with an inactive (2016) Department of State / DOD Top Secret clearance, I currently possess over 25 years of proven experience in multiple positions in the construction field and construction administration. A brief resume follows.
From Design / Build vertical construction of U.S. Embassies, to Medical Research Facilities and Classrooms and Playgrounds. Heavy utilities and roads and grounds.
Projects conformed to local building standards, off-shore projects mirrored the International Building Code standards as they applied to the host country.
