International Investment firm with development invests in multiple countries, under a confidentiality agreement. Cattle Ranching, Resort Construction, Business Office Construction

Although investment proposals were contemplated, none had materialized. Under the terms of the confidentiality agreement, I was not satisfied that the work will be there, and I sought other adventures in construction.

Although many words of praise for the progress I was able to bring to the project, it was later revealed that the USACE had already elected to cancel the project in early February. It wasn’t till June that the project was cancelled.
