Working with multiple government agencies to develop solutions that centralize, standardize, and streamline their current business processes.

Responsible for creating automation test scripts for critical functionality to add to our regression tests performed daily.

Responsible for managing the product backlog and determine priority based on ROI, timeline/deadline, and whether or not the request was or was not for regulatory and compliance purposes.
Served as the SME/technical lead to design the solution for any new enhancements or projects that impacted any of the solutions.
Worked closely with our risk partners to identify new fraud trends and come up with a solution to minimize/eliminate losses.
Assisted the Business Analysts on the team when needed on larger initiatives since I had been a big part of building the original solution.

Responsible for interpreting business requirements and converting them into technical story cards for various projects/enhancements for our build and run teams responsible for the online homeowners and renters’ applications on nationwide.com.
Created mock-ups and demos to go over during 3-amigo sessions to help support the technical requirements outlined in the story cards to make sure everyone understood what was being requested.
Performed testing in the dev environment before handing off the new functionality/enhancement over to our business partners for UAT. This also included building out our automation testing using ruby and cucumber.
Presented a demo to our business partners after each sprint to show our business partners what we had accomplished in the past two weeks if the functionality was built but not ready to be published to production.

Worked with SME’s and end users to capture the business requirements to reflect the current manual business process in all 8 fraud departments.
Translated the business requirements document(s) into technical requirements so that the new automated solutions solved the same process while also making sure the organization stayed in regulatory compliance (TCPA, PII data storage, etc.).
Provided KPI reports to the business and other stakeholders to show key metrics of the solution such as contact rates, response rates, time to contact, etc.

AMD Adjuster - Handled approximately 30 auto claims at a given time which included analyzing the accident, determining fault, reviewing estimates, scheduling rental cars, and working with body shops to make sure repairs were completed in a timely manner.
Inside Property Adjuster – Contacted insured’s about the claim that was opened, immediately scheduling a crew to minimize damages until we could get an adjuster to their location, reviewed receipts and itemized loss property for flood claims, and helped the field team review supplemental estimates.
