Instrumentation Technician III / Performing Authority (PA) / Isolating Authority (IA)

DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES:

Responsible for draft and review permits with area authority.

Assist in carrying out daily and routine Preventative Maintenance (PM) activities on such system as the

Diesel Heater, Process Area - Loading Pumps, V600 series, General Stab Area - V201/202 series, Reboiler

and Pig Receiver.

Ensure toolbox meeting is carried out and attended by work party before execution of the job.

Execute work by ensuring that proper tools / equipment / materials and procedures are used for safe

execution of the PM / Work.

Upon completion of work, make recommendations, report findings, prepare failure report (create

notification for follow up work order) as required, ensure work order is closed in SAP.

Asist the instrument planner with corrective work.

Ensure that upon completion of the job proper house-keeping is performed.

Assisting with trouble shooting for any reported failures when reported by Operations.

Maintain efficiency in all work orders to meet or exceed KPI requirements.
