Additional Information

There is a gap on my work history, from 2002 until 2024. I was incarcerated during that period in Illinois Dept of Corrections. I made mistakes in my past and I have continued over the years to change as a person. I’ve completed many recovery programs in the past year and have been continuing my recovery process. I worked for the past 16 years straight during my incarceration. I was not fired one time during that time frame. I worked doing different jobs . I drove the lift truck in several different institutions . I was the commissary clerk for many years. I am a very punctual and loyal worker. I’m asking for a chance to become a productive member of society. I continue to work on myself and with the help of a steady full- time job, I’m confident I can do that . I also want to be able to get back into my kids lives, and make up for all the time I was absent. I’m confident that I can only help your company strive and be the best. All I need is the chance .
