Global Asset Management, MRO & Logistics

Created comprehensive equipment lifecycle plans with inputs related to cost, performance, safety, maintenance cycles and depreciation that took into account the total equipment value and availability to customers across industries and market segments.

Benchmarked other industries to develop a cost-effective 3rd party logistics (3PL) and maintenance repair organization (MRO) infrastructures, which lowered costs, improved equipment uptime 15% and extended equipment lifecycle as much as 25%.
