In both the village of spring valley and the town of ramapo I worked in the building, planning and zoning department.

I was responsible to greet and speak with the public when they came in asking questions. I also took in the applications for the planning, zoning and building department all information would be put into the computer including all payments I received. I setup the meetings for the planning and zoning boards made sure the boards had all necessary documents for the meeting. Other responsibilities included typing letters, answering phones, filing and scheduling appointments.
